Foundation


Serving terminally-ill adults (18 & older) and their families by providing end-of-life Dreams that offer inspiration, comfort and closure. Must be diagnosed with a life limiting illness with a life expectancy of 12 months or less, and lack the resources to fulfill the Dream themselves.

Grants wishes young adults ages 18-24 battling a life-threatening illness. They can be during treatment, after treatment or a last wish. They serve young adults nationwide.
