- Must be within the ages of 18 to 40.
- Must have battled a life-threatening illness such as cancer and have completed treatment (cancer-free).
- Must have completed treatment (cancer-free). Unfortunately, chronic illnesses do not qualify for a Victory Trip.
- Must be cleared by your doctor to travel.
- Cannot have had trip/experience from another organization.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must have completed treatment within two years of filling out your application.
Application Truthfulness and Misrepresentation Clause
By submitting this application to 17 Strong®, the applicant certifies that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. Any false statement, misrepresentation, omission of material fact, or submission of misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from consideration or revocation of participation in any 17 Strong® program or Victory Trip® at any stage.
17 Strong® reserves the right to verify all information provided in this application. If an applicant is found to have knowingly provided false or misleading information, 17 Strong® may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the applicant, cancel any awarded trip or benefits, and pursue any and all remedies available under applicable law. Such remedies may include, but are not limited to, recovery of costs incurred, restitution, and, where applicable, punitive or exemplary damages.
